Terms & Conditions | Master’s Touch Exterior Cleaning

Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 23, 2025 • Jurisdiction: Oregon (executed in Talent, OR)

Legal Name: Master’s Touch Exterior Cleaning – Pressure Washing and Soft Washing (“Master’s Touch,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

By requesting an estimate, scheduling service, paying a deposit, or allowing work to begin, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1) Estimates & Scope of Work

  • Written estimates describe the services, areas included/excluded, and assumptions made at the time of quoting. Unknown conditions (e.g., heavy oxidation, failing coatings, concealed damage) may require scope adjustment with customer approval.
  • Pricing reflects the described scope. Changes requested onsite (add-ons, extra areas, stain removal beyond standard cleaning) will be documented and priced as a change order before proceeding.
  • Commercial projects may require a signed service agreement or purchase order.

2) Deposits, Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are required to schedule service. Your date and crew assignment are confirmed after the deposit is received.
  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us as early as possible so we can reassign crews efficiently. Frequent or last-minute changes may result in administrative fees or a new estimate.
  • Weather, safety, or equipment concerns may require us to adjust the start time or date. We’ll communicate promptly and set the next available window.

3) Site Access, Preparation & Client Responsibilities

  • Access: Provide access to work areas (gates unlocked; codes provided), and ensure pets/children are safely away from work zones.
  • Water & Power: A working outdoor water spigot and, when applicable, safe GFCI power must be available for service.
  • Move personal items: Customers are responsible for moving furniture, grills, décor, vehicles, and potted plants away from work areas prior to arrival. Please remove fragile items from walls/sills that may vibrate.
  • Protect plants & landscaping: We take reasonable precautions (dilution/rinsing), but customers must identify sensitive vegetation and coverings needed in advance. See “Chemical Use & Sensitive Surfaces.”
  • Pre-existing conditions: We document visible pre-existing damage (photos/video) during our pre-job walkthrough. We are not responsible for conditions that predate our arrival or for failures of compromised materials (e.g., loose mortar, oxidized paint, brittle screens).

4) Safety, Chemical Use & Sensitive Surfaces

  • Our processes may use sodium hypochlorite (SH) and surfactants during soft washing. We follow industry best practices for dilution, application, and rinsing.
  • We maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in our vehicles/job binders and train all technicians in handling and hazard communication.
  • Despite reasonable precautions, chemicals and water can impact sensitive vegetation, fabrics, or coatings if improperly exposed. Please tell us about special plants, finishes, or materials that require extra protection.
  • Work pauses during lightning, high winds, or unsafe heat conditions.

6) Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept common electronic and card payments.
  • A valid payment method may be required on file. Administrative fees may apply for significantly delayed payments or returned transactions.
  • Commercial projects may follow an agreed billing schedule. Recurring services are billed on a regular cadence as arranged.

7) Satisfaction Guarantee & Rework

  • Your satisfaction matters. If something doesn’t look right, contact us within a reasonable timeframe and we’ll review the concern.
  • If the issue is related to workmanship, we’ll schedule rework at no additional cost under safe, accessible site conditions.
  • Concerns arising from factors outside our control (e.g., new staining, environmental recurrence, failing substrates) may be quoted as new work.

8) Limits of Liability

  • Master’s Touch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost use or business, arising from services.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a project will not exceed the total amount paid for that project.
  • Customers agree to maintain safe conditions and to indemnify and hold harmless Master’s Touch for claims arising from hazards or undisclosed conditions on the property.

9) Cancellations & No-Show Conditions

  • Please provide timely notice for cancellations. Missed appointments, inaccessible sites, or repeated short-notice changes may result in administrative fees and rescheduling at our convenience.

10) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, accidents, illness, supply interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate promptly and reschedule at the next available opportunity.

11) Compliance, Non-Discrimination & Good-Faith Conduct

We serve all customers with courtesy and respect and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, or any protected status. We expect the same good-faith cooperation and respectful conduct from customers toward our team.

12) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Venue for any dispute shall lie in Jackson County, Oregon.

These Terms are administrative in nature and not legal advice. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

13) Acceptance

By approving an estimate, paying a deposit, or permitting work to begin, you acknowledge you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
