Warranty | Master’s Touch Exterior Cleaning

Warranty

Effective: October 2022 • Updated: October 2025 • Jurisdiction: Oregon (executed in Talent, OR)

Legal Name: Master’s Touch Exterior Cleaning – Pressure Washing and Soft Washing (“Master’s Touch,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our workmanship. If something doesn’t look right after service, contact us within a reasonable timeframe and we’ll review and make every reasonable effort to make it right.

1) Purpose

This warranty describes what our satisfaction guarantee covers, what it does not cover, and how we resolve concerns in good faith. It applies to services we perform (not manufactured products).

2) What’s Covered (Workmanship)

  • Reasonable correction of workmanship-related issues such as missed areas, visible streaking/residue attributable to the cleaning process, or jobsite cleanup oversights.
  • Re-inspection and scheduled rework when concerns are confirmed to be within our control and under safe, accessible site conditions.

3) What’s Not Covered (Exclusions)

  • Natural re-soiling / regrowth (e.g., pollen, dust, organic growth returning over time) and weather impacts after service.
  • Pre-existing damage or failing substrates (oxidized paint, loose mortar, brittle screens, rotted wood, cracked siding, failing sealers/coatings).
  • Stains or material conditions outside cleaning scope (deep rust, battery acid, efflorescence, tannins, oil that requires separate treatment, or stains that are permanent).
  • Chemical reactions beyond reasonable control or impacts to sensitive vegetation where pre-existing stress or undisclosed sensitivity is a factor.
  • External causes after service (new construction debris, irrigation overspray, unrelated contractor work, vandalism).
  • Alteration of conditions post-service (applying coatings, hiring another contractor, or using chemicals on the area before we can re-inspect).

Note: Some discolorations and age-related wear are cosmetic/material issues that cleaning cannot permanently resolve.

4) Timeframe for Claims

Please notify us within a reasonable timeframe after service completion, once areas have dried and you’ve had a chance to inspect. Timely notice helps us schedule re-inspection while conditions are still representative.

5) Our Remedy & Rework Process

  • Contact us with a short description and photos if possible.
  • We’ll review and re-inspect, then determine the appropriate corrective action.
  • When concerns are workmanship-related, we’ll schedule rework at no additional cost under safe, accessible conditions.
  • If the issue is outside our control or scope, we’ll provide a separate estimate upon request.

6) Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt notice of concerns and allow reasonable access for re-inspection and rework.
  • Maintain safe site conditions (clear access, pets/children away, hazards removed) and follow care guidance provided by our crew.
  • Refrain from applying new products or hiring other contractors on the area until we complete our review.

7) Documentation & Photos

We take before-and-after photos and site notes for quality assurance and warranty review. For any public/marketing use of photos, we obtain separate written or digital consent.

8) Limit of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. Master’s Touch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9) Our Good-Faith Commitment

We believe integrity means making things right where it’s ours to do so. Our goal is a fair, practical resolution that reflects professionalism and respect for each customer.

10) Governing Law & Venue

This warranty is governed by Oregon law. Venue for any dispute shall be in Jackson County, Oregon.
